Payment & Appointment Policies

At Ridgeview Animal Hospital, our commitment extends beyond exceptional pet care to ensure a seamless and transparent experience. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the friendly staff at one of our hospitals. Thank you for choosing us! 

Payment Methods 

We require payment in full for all services on the day provided. For your convenience we accept: 

  • Cash 
  • Check (with identification) 
  • Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) 
  • CareCredit: with the CareCredit credit card you can pay over time with special financing options (subject to approval). Prequalify with no impact to your credit score.
  • ScratchPay: financing solution that offers payment plans from 6-24 months 
  • Pet Insurance: compare top pet insurance providers and plans 

Appointment Policy

We are dedicated to providing your pet with quality care and are pleased to reserve an appointment time for you. We offer same day and next day appointments at all our clinics. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we can schedule at another clinic in our network, Omaha Vets Group.

Late Policy 

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.  

Cancellation Policy 

We make every attempt to confirm your appointment ahead of time. If you are unable to make your appointment, please provide 24-hour notice to cancel appointments or 48-hour notice to cancel surgeries. Cancelling with less notice, more than once, or no-call, no-show, will require a non-refundable payment to book future appointments.
